a little overlap :).

in between seeing Mr. BHS (dude from last blog) i also started seeing Mr. T.  i met Mr. T at my new school.  very handsome guy, tall, dark & a smile that could light up a room.  there was an instant attraction (which is often dangerous for me :).  he noticed me, i noticed him, soon he'd find excuses to come to the 2nd floor and often come to my room.  my assistant instantly recognized we were hot for each other.  she'd know Mr. T for a long time & was amused by the attraction.

now 2 things set Mr. T apart from my other recent dalliances...1) he's black & 2) he's pretty close to my age being in his late 30s.  i kind of hoped this was a guy i could actually date as opposed to just play around with.

we had our first date that winter.  a friend/coworker & her husband had just bought a local bar & were having a party there to celebrate & T asked me to go with him.  now we were going to be around co-workers so we tried to be not too obvious about being on a date.  however, after a couple shots of Patron & then us leaving together, i imagine it was pretty obvious to everyone we were together that night.  i didn't mind, though.  i really need to not drink Patron on first dates...well, should probably just stay away from it altogether...lol!  i'll leave the rest of the night to your imagination.

T & i continued to see each other every now & then & it soon became apparent he only wanted to see me for one reason.  being that i was finished with sex for fun & wanted a relationship i finally called it off.  we'd only been on one other date after the initial one.  i was feeling used &, looking back, was probably using him.  he didn't take it too well when i told him i was done; wouldn't even let me explain.  in fact, he acted like a dumped teenager!  when i saw that side of him i was glad we hadn't connected any deeper!

after a couple of months, he finally came around & we became friends again.  prior to leaving the school & No. Va he gave me a going away date to remember ;).  we're still friends & keep in touch on that wonderful, social networking site known as Facebook!
